Bolingbroke Academy will provide a safe and structured environment in which teachers can teach and pupils can learn. We have a culture of high expectations, where we expect and actively encourage, all pupils to make the most of their opportunities by fully participating in their learning and leading their own behaviour.
We believe that by establishing an orderly and supportive atmosphere, where there are clear expectations and behavioural boundaries, will ensure that pupils will be able to exercise “their right to come to school and focus on their studies, free from disruption, and free from bullying” (DfE 2010) and achieve an ethos of outstanding behaviour and a culture of respect.
