Library benefits from generosity of Amazon wish list donations

Keen young readers will have even more books to choose from, thanks to the generosity of many donors who have bought books for the school via Amazon

Bolingbroke's library shelves have been getting weightier than ever, thanks to the huge generosity of donations via our Amazon wish list which has so far seen 60 books worth around £360 added to the collection.

"We would like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has donated books," said Mr Griffin, KS3 Literacy Co-ordinator. "It's made the world of difference to our students and this can clearly be seen in our weekly KS3 reading group lessons.

"It's been a fantastic start to the year for Bolingbroke's pupils who have shown themselves to be keen readers this half term," he added.  "Reading both in and out of lessons has been booming and teachers have really been enjoying talking to students about their recent reading."

If you would like to donate any books to the library, the link to our Amazon wish list is below. With  your help, we can further develop and nurture the literacy of our students.

Please enter the school address as the delivery address and click 'gift' so you can add a message to say who the books are from.
