PE department challenges pupils to 100 reps of activity to celebrate Captain Tom's fund raising achievement

Ms Bridges laying down the challenge to pupils and staff to repeat 100 reps of any activity in recognition of Captain Tom's 100th birthday

Inspired by the heroic efforts of Captain Tom who raised an incredible £30m for the NHS by walking around his garden, and his 100th birthday last week, the PE department challenged our pupils to complete 100 reps of any activity.

From weight lifting to skipping and star jumps to sit ups, our pupils – and staff – threw themselves into their various activities with gusto with one staff member running laps of the IT department, while others battled it out playing table tennis, keepie uppies and basketball. Well done to everyone who took part!
