Year 7 boys football trounce local rivals Graveney 2-1

Some of the Year 7 boys squad who couldn't have had a better start to the season with their recent win over Graveney

It was a brilliant start to the season for Bolingbroke’s Year 7 boys football squad who are celebrating a fantastic 2-1 victory over local rivals Graveney.

In their first game in the Wandsworth School Football League (WSFL) , Bolingbroke soon took the lead and were dominant throughout the game, which resulted in two stunning goals from Mati and Leo.

The win was all the sweeter knowing that Graveney is a school three times larger than Bolingbroke in terms of pupil numbers, and have a much larger pool to select from.
