Year 7 entry: September 2024
Offers were sent by your local authority on the evening of 1st March 2024. Please accept or decline your offer immediately so that waiting list pupils can take up declined places.
We are so excited for your child to join the Class of 2031!
Feeder school waiting lists:
If your child attends a feeder school and has been placed on the waiting list, please do not worry – places will start to be offered over the coming weeks and we expect everyone to have their place by May half term if not much earlier. There is nothing further you need to do.
All waiting list positions are available via Wandsworth Council here; your child’s Pupil ID number will be within your email from Wandsworth (Bolingbroke Academy do not have access to Pupil ID numbers).
Distance measurement waiting lists:
Places are offered under this category every year, but not usually until later on in the summer term/early Autumn once all higher priority category waiting lists have cleared. For now we strongly advise you to accept the school place that your child has been given, and then if a place does become available to Bolingbroke Academy at a later date, the council will be able to make the transfer quickly and easily.
Please don't hesitate to contact our Admissions Manager Ms Samson with any queries big or small: admissions@arkbolingbrokeacademy.org
Year 7 entry: September 2025 onwards
Applications for places at Bolingbroke Academy will be made in accordance with Wandsworth Council's co-ordinated admission arrangements.
As a non-selective school we do not subscribe to the Wandsworth Test, nor are there any other exams for entrance.
Applications can be submitted through the Wandsworth Council website and open on 1st September of your child's Year 6 year with a deadline of 31st October.
Parents will then notified by Wandsworth Council on 1st of March if their application is successful.

Open days
We hold two open events in early October every year before the application deadline. Parents, carers and pupils are very welcome to attend. In October 2024 the dates will be as follows:
Saturday 12th October 2024 9:30am-12:30pm (for Year 7 and Year 12 entry)
Times of Principal's talks and Director of Sixth Form's talks tbc
Thursday 17th October 2024 5:15pm-7:15pm (for Year 7 entry)
Principal's talks at 5:15pm, 5:45pm and 6:30pm
Please click here to book your place; once you have submitted this there is nothing further you need to do or bring on the day.
Please note that no late entry is possible to the Principal's talks or Director of Sixth Form's talks, if you miss the start, please pop in to the next one.
We are fortunate to be very oversubscribed with an average of 850 applications for 120 places each year, therefore the open events in October are the only opportunity to see the school; we are not able to provide private tours.
If you have any queries, big or small, please contact our Admissions Manager Ms Samson, admissions@arkbolingbrokeacademy.org
