Why do we learn psychology?
Psychology is the science of the mind and behaviour. Pupils completing this particular course will, as with all sciences, develop their literacy, numeracy and data analysis skills. They will also continue to work on their ability to construct a meaningful, evidenced argument. Pupils will be part of a course that seeks to answer questions such as; why do people behave the way they do? Why do people develop phobias? Are children more likely to imitate aggressive behaviour seen in video games?
